Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Serino mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Serino regarding your use of the application.

Application License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Serino on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

You May:

• Use the application for personal entertainment
• Create custom puzzles from your own images
• Purchase in-app coins for enhanced features
• Share your achievements with friends

You May Not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the application in any illegal or unauthorized manner

In-App Purchases

Serino offers in-app coin packages to enhance your gaming experience. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Purchase Terms:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coins are non-transferable between users or devices
• Pricing for coin packages may change at any time without notice
• Apple's terms and conditions apply to all purchases

Important: Serino does not offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time coin packages.

Content and Conduct

When creating custom puzzles or interacting with the application, you agree to:

• Only use images you own or have permission to use
• Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Use the application in a manner consistent with applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

Serino and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The Serino name, logo, and trademarks are our exclusive property
• Puzzle images and collections are licensed or owned by us
• Game mechanics and features are protected by intellectual property rights
• You retain ownership of custom images you upload

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Serino.

• The application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
• Features may be modified or discontinued at any time
• We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
• Some features may require an internet connection

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Serino.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage
• Use of the application is at your own risk
• These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Serino at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Reasons for Termination:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the application or other users
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately, and any purchased coins may be forfeited.

Updates and Changes

We may update Serino and these Terms of Service from time to time:

• App updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements
• Terms changes will be posted within the application
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Major changes may require explicit consent

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Serino shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
